The Essence of
Jessica Juliao

Team Juliao, which is comprised of sisters Jessica and Lyda, has been a tireless sales force to be reckoned with since they first joined with Cervera Real Estate several years ago. Since their affiliation with Cervera, they have progressively developed new general real estate clientele from referrals and also worked assiduously to expand a client base from overseas, with an emphasis on South American countries such as Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Ecuador and Argentina, and more recently, branching out into European countries, such as Italy and Spain. They have been instrumental in successfully negotiating and developing profitable relationships with brokers both domestic and international to cultivate increased sales volumes.

The two sisters have worked in tandem for many years to consistently achieve top producer status at the Landmark at Doral (102 units, $45 million in sales earning them top producer status); the Reserve at Doral (60 units, $24 million in sales earning them top producer status); and Epic Residences (60 units, $36 million making them the top producers in the shortest period in 2010). While they complement each other in the various strengths they bring to the table, the combined energy, focus, and tenacity generated by Team Juliao has earned them numerous awards over the years, and made the team, currently, one of Cervera’s leading performers at BrickellHouse, having closed 85 units for almost $39 million in sales in the past year. They are a results-oriented, committed team whose growth since becoming a part of the
Cervera family has been remarkable, enhancing our corporate profile year after year.

Originally from Cartagena, Colombia, the sisters have earned advanced degrees in fields that have only advanced their effectiveness and professionalism in the real estate industry, again complementing each one’s strong suit. Jessica studied Business Administration at the Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administracion (CESA), and Finance at the Universidad Tecnologica de Bolivar, both in Cartagena. Lyda obtained a law degree from the Universidad de Cartagena. They are both fluent in English and Spanish.

For almost a dozen years, the sisters have been extremely involved with Sharing for Kids, a non-profit organization that helps children from Central and South America who have special needs; they even share officer duties, with Jessica serving as President for the last two consecutive terms and Lyda as Vice-President. Additionally, Lyda is an active member of the Miami-Dade Public School System’s PTA and also a member of the School ABC Boundary Committee in Miami-Dade.
