The Essence of
Jennifer Behar Cervera

I’ve spent nearly my entire career in real estate, says Jennifer Behar Cervera, who is not only a member of the Cervera family but also one of the firm’s top producing agents. Real estate and I were simply meant to be. I met my future husband in this field and became a part of one of Miami’s most respected real estate companies. It was one of the best decisions I could have ever made. Now, more than 20 years later, Jennifer continues to set records and achieve professional acclaim. She has been honored as Rookie of the Year, a Top Producer two years in a row and a Top Producer in Development Sales while with the firm, and has sold the most expensive penthouse units in a number of high-end pre-construction condominium properties on several occasions. She has also been the real estate professional of choice for discerning celebrity clients such as Jaime Camil, Maluma, Alessandro Nesta, and Sylvain James Marveaux.

Behind Jennifer’s success is a passion for the Miami lifestyle that spans nearly 40 years, when she first came to Miami around the age of 12, after being born in Puerto Rico and living in California for 11 years. She is often regarded as a pre-construction specialist, but because of her many years living and working in Miami, Jennifer is also incredibly knowledgeable about popular single-family neighborhoods such as South Miami, Pinecrest, East Edgewater, Brickell, and South Beach. She has also seen first-hand, Miami’s dramatic rise to a world-class city with top restaurants, arts, entertainment, and more all now part of the Miami experience. What’s best is that Miami is still such a young city, Jennifer adds. We have so many opportunities still to develop and evolve compared with other major cities. There is still so much value!

In addition to her own personal expertise, Jennifer also believes strongly in the power of teamwork. Her partner at the firm, Yanet Miranda De Castro, also happens to be her best friend because the two share the same strong work ethic and commitment to integrity. Together, they’ve sold more than 400 pre-construction residences together, as well as some other general real estate properties and they remain energized and excited to take their partnership even further in the future.

When she’s not actively serving clients individually or as part of her team with De Castro, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, Javier, and their three children. She also loves to work out, shop, read and volunteer her time to causes such as the United Way, Amigos for Kids, and Lotus House. Additionally, she sits on the Board of Directors for the Miami Children’s Museum.

Jennifer is fluent in both English and Spanish.
